My name is Richard Windmann, and I perform weddings, conduct counseling, and baptisms. Baptisms are Christian based. I am willing to perform Christian and purely civil weddings.
For baptisms and weddings in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, the fee is only a donation. Active duty military is free. Out of state is negotiable fee plus expenses. I will occasionally perform these services pro bono, on a case-by-case basis. Services are only performed on Saturday or Sunday.
I provide addiction and couples/marriage counseling that is faith based and anonymous. Contact me for details.
