Looking for a ministerial friend and mentor

  I am moving to Springfield, Ohio in a few days and do not have a lot of day to day experience as a minister. Most of what I've done has been one on one support for the dying and their family and friends or marrying one couple (That was a blast!)
  
  I'm not real interested in having my own church, but feel that I need to know how to manage a building and congregation just in case...
