  I serve the upstate Rochester / Buffalo area as a multi-faith minister. I am now offering to perform same sex marriages as well as commitment ceremonies.
  Do you charge? I do charge based on the complexity of the services and the socioeconomic conditions of the parties involved as well as mileage (if over 15 miles from the Rochester, NY area.)
