My name is Richard A. Weir and I am now officiating weddings in North Carolina. Religious or secular ceremonies are fine. I also am happy to wed anyone regardless of gender, race, or creed.
I do charge $100 for my services. This is to cover transportation and other cost incurred. Weddings outside of Eastern NC may require additional charges.
