I need a sponsorship letter to be able to perform weddings in WI. I am a registered ordained minister in MN. I can send an example of the letter to any ordained minister in WI who is willing to write this letter for me. It is a quite simple letter actually. You must state that you are authorized to perform marriages in WI and then state that I am authorized to do so in MN.
