WV Minister will perform ceremonies of all types at low/reasonable cost. Although it's wonderful to belong to a church and be married or have your services there, for some, this isn't an option. Perhaps you'd like an outdoor ceremony or any other non-traditional service. Will be happy to accommodate in any way possible. Fees are negotiable.
