Are you looking for a novel high fun and low cost event for your church youthgroup, high school, or college club? Are you looking for a new way of bringing attention to your group possibly even hoping to recruit new younger members?
We have the technology to set up and run a LAN party (VIDEO GAMING PARTY) which we would like to offer to other congregations at cost (our actual costs no labor charge).
We are modular and able to run a LAN event at any place that offers power. If you have a congregation that has a youth group that needs something fun to bring them back or just something that is fun for everyone...
When we calculate event expenses we make every effort to be honest and only ask that fuel and acutal expences be reembursed. Donations above and beyond our costs towards your event are accpeted gratefully and will be put towards making our service even better for the next time.
We have 2 physical high capasity game servers and can host up to 100 players on a gigabit network (depending on power availability at your location). We can go over what power requirements are needed and can even do a location survey if one is needed to determine how many your site can serve in a single LAN event.
We will also gratefully accept donations towards our LAN mission and can take credit/debit cards and paypall as well as traditional paper donations (check and cash). All gifts will be used to add to our capabilites. Donations of Equipment are also welcome.
We are located near Portland, Oregon but are willing to travel within the Oregon Territory (OR, WA, ID, ...)
