I am just a newly ordained minister through ULC. I will perform all duties that of a minister free of charge only with an optional donation to a list of organizations or if appropriate one of your own. Or if not able , nothing at all. Subject to my availabilty. I have very little experience so do not expect anything great. However , it will be legit and legal.
