Any update on ULC and Virginia

Does anyone know if there has been change in Virginia's recognition of ULC ordination for performing marriages? The ULC page for the state says both it does and it does not recognize it.

    In one spot it says:

    Online Ordination Recognized:Yes

    Later it says:

Virgina law does not recognize online ordinations, so ULC ministers are generally barred from performing weddings in the state. That said, the ULC recommends that ministers contact the county clerk in the county where the ceremonly is planned to be held to double-check what the rules are for that area. Need to show proof of ordination? We recommend ordering the Classic Wedding Package.

Just wondering. I hope to rebuild my wedding officiant service and wanted to serve a radius that will include three other states.

    Thanks,
