What does it mean to be "in regular communion" with ULC? There are more than a few times the words, "in regular communion" appear in requirement for state recognition of wedding officiants. Are we supposed to attend a physical ULC service somewhere? Below is a copy/paste from the Kentucky page:
ministers of the gospel or priests of any denomination in regular communion with their religious societies,
I just want to be certain I am in compliance.
